In addition, please join us for our school Band Concert on Thursday, May 24th at 1:00 pm in our school gym. http://stmaryavon.org/news-events/event/typing-bee Tue, 22 May 2012 00:00:00 EST Let the typing BEGIN!  Our annual Typing Bee competition pits all students grades 4-8 in a contest to determine who is the fastest typist in the school!  Prizes are awarded to the two fastest typists in each grade level whom then compete against the other grade level winners.  All eight contests then have a Type-Off to see who is will win the grand prize of an iPod Touch! This year, there will also be a special contest and award for the faster typist utilizing a blackout cover!
