*NEW* - CYO Flag Football (Grades 1-4)
This program is designed to educate young people about football while emphasizing participation and sportsmanship. The league will provide a structure that supports the development of agility, balance, speed, and strength, while teaching football skills such as blocking, passing, receiving and defending. Emphasis on USA Football fundamentals and Heads Up program.
Format is 7 v 7 – divisions are based on grades
Practices would likely be 1-2x per week and days/times will depend on schedules.
Regular season play will consist of 7-8 games against other area CYO teams. Games would be held at various local fields on Saturday/Sundays. Games begin the end of August/early September and conclude in early/mid October.
Fee is $80.
